For the LOVE of Dance - Spring Recital 2018

The intriguing intersection of classical ballet influenced by modern dance will be presented in beautiful contemporary ballets in Act 1. This diverse program will include the blending of the historical traditional ballet Coppelia with music by Leo Delibes, neoclassical ballets and waltzes with music by Chopin along with more complex, emotional contemporary ballets with music by The Gotan Project creating sharp lines and a more eclectic genre of movement.

Act 2 of our program will present more contemporary, jazzy and sassy styles. These styles captivate emotions through powerful movement The emotions portrayed in these dances vary from abnormal to beautiful, and form sensual to strange all in one fleeting moment. Audiences are guaranteed to feel the passion and love of dance!!
