Grease Audition Notice

This summer, step on a new stage and feel the thrill of performing at the Seminole theater. GREASE gets a new look with electrifying spectacle, breathtaking choreography, and eye-popping performances. You’re “the one we want” to audition for this special event! Fall in love again with Danny, Sandy, the Pink Ladies, and Burger Palace Boys, aka the T Birds, as they celebrate teen angst, rebellion, and first loves. Sing along with the beloved rock n’ roll score, including “Greased Lightnin’,” “You’re the one that I want,” “Hopelessly Devoted” “We GoTogether,” and more! Don’t let your summer days drift away; experience summer lovin’ with Seminole.

For the open-call audition please prepare 16-32 bars of a musical song in the style of the show. Accompaniment is strongly encouraged and we will provide a bluetooth speaker for you to pair with. If you can’t find an accompaniment online, bring piano sheet music in case we are able to provide an accompanist, although not guaranteed. Bring your Headshot, Resume, and any conflicts you may have. There will be a dance call as well, so come prepared in the proper clothes and shoes.

Audition Date: March 11-13. 7-10pm

Lead Callbacks: March 17 3-8pm

Rehearsals begin mid-April and the days are TBD, but expect to be rehearsing 3-4x a week.
