On December 22, 2024, Miami Dance Project (MDP) proudly presents its annual performance of The Nutcracker, a magical holiday tradition that promises to enchant audiences of all ages. This spectacular production showcases the talents of MDP’s pre-professional dancers, bringing to life the beloved characters and enchanting scenes of this timeless classic.

This year’s performance is especially meaningful as all proceeds will benefit MDP’s Autism Movement Therapy program and outreach initiatives, which provide dance education and social-emotional learning to children with autism and other developmental challenges. MDP’s innovative programs empower these children by fostering creativity, improving motor skills, and building confidence through movement.

Set against the backdrop of Tchaikovsky’s iconic score, The Nutcracker will transport audiences to a world of wonder, from the magical land of sweets to the awe-inspiring battle of the Mouse King and Nutcracker Prince. Each dance, beautifully choreographed, reflects MDP’s commitment to artistic excellence and community impact.

By attending this performance, you are not only enjoying a beloved holiday classic but also supporting a cause that makes a lasting impact on children’s lives. Join us for an unforgettable evening of dance and community, where every ticket helps empower the next generation of young dancers.
