Homestead's premier musical theatre camp is back!

The Seminole Theatre Winter Camp is a musical theatre camp for young people ages 8-14. Your child can enjoy classes, games, and acitivites that teach them how to sing, act, and dance all set inside a professional theatre!

Our winter camp is a series of fun and educational theatre classes in:

  • Dance
  • Improvisation
  • Singing
  • Acting
  • Scene study
  • Audition prep
  • How to work as an ensemble
  • Lighting and sound

Campers will also play games and learn strategies to help them break out of their shells, make friends, and have fun!

We have a flexible camp schedule to accommodate your sure-to-be hectic winter break plans:

WEEK ONE - December 26 - 29 TIME: 9AM - 5PM

WEEK TWO - January 2 - 5 TIME: 9AM - 5PM

At The Theatre

Our History

The Theatre originally opened on November 26, 1921 as a cinema, primarily showing the then popular silent movies. The Seminole Theatre quickly became the place to go for entertainment and social gatherings in South Dade County and the upper Keys.
