Artistic director of Ballet & Beyond, Karen Hirst Kennedy presents "Sleeping Beauty". A ballet for all ages, about a beautiful princess named Aurora, who is cursed to slumber for 100 years by a prick of her finger on her 16th birthday by the malevolent Fairy Carabosse who was not invited to Aurora's christening when she was a baby. Doomed by fate, only the sweet kiss of a Prince can awaken the sleeping beauty.

This full length short story ballet will delight children and adults alike, choreographed by Karen Hirst Kennedy and danced by the professionally trained Ballet & Beyond dancers. 

About the Company:

Ballet & Beyond is a Ballet Academy, located at 9048 SW 152nd street in Palmetto Bay FL, where each dancer is introduced from a very young age to the proper classical ballet technique in a loving environment. Our dancers are from the ages of 4 to pre-professional and adults.
